Returns & Exchanges
At Tony’s Chocolonely, we want you to be 100% happy with your chocolate; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns once the bars have been opened or tampered with. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our Choco-crew within 14 days so we can make things right and continue our mission toward 100% slave-free chocolate.
Return Process
- 1.Contact the Choco-crew
Send an email to our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue with your chocolate bars.
- 2.Provide Photo Evidence
If your chocolate arrived melted or the packaging is damaged, please attach clear photos to your email so we can investigate the issue with our logistics partners.
- 3.Review and Approval
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days to determine if a replacement or a refund is the best way to resolve the problem.
- 4.Refund or Reshipment
Once approved, we will either ship out a fresh batch of chocolate at no extra cost or process a refund to your original payment method.
